David Weinstein, Co-founder and CEO
Mr. Weinstein serves as the lead for ShareStream's strategic direction, product roadmap, business development and high-level sales efforts.   Prior to founding ShareStream, Mr. Weinstein served in various business development and sales positions for OnCallData, a healthcare software company whose pioneering electronic-prescribing product was the first eRX application to launch true, two-way electronic connectivity with all of the national pharmacy chains.  At OnCallData, Mr. Weinstein forged partnerships with leading electronic medical record companies, managed national value-added reseller networks, and sold the OnCallData product to numerous large, strategic accounts.  Weinstein graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Literature.

Paul Kline, Co-founder
Paul Kline is a Co-founder of Dynamic Telecommunications, Inc. (DTI), and served as its president responsible for strategic and technical direction. Prior to co-founding DTI in 1995, he was Head of Systems Engineering, Wireless Telecommunications Operations at Watkins Johnson, where he managed all technical and administrative aspects of the world's first operational wideband cellular and PCS base station. He also worked with the Israeli Air Force in development of airborne state-of-the-art RF data and communications and computer systems. A security and encryption expert, he is Co-founder of Current Technologies, Inc., the leader in broadband-over-powerline networks. Kline holds a BSEE from Cornell University.

Allan M. Weinstein, M.D., Co-chairman
Allan Weinstein is the Chairman and CEO of InstantDx, a pioneer in electronic prescribing, and the President and Co-founder of J-MED Pharmaceuticals, a 20-year-old intellectual property pharmaceutical company whose licensed products have included, among others, Actifed Sinus Day/ Night, Comtrex Day/Night, and AlleRx. Dr. Weinstein is also Co- founder of Immunomatrix, a biotechnology company focused on rapid diagnostic testing, with SmithKline Beecham Corporation as a strategic investor. He is the author of the best-selling book Asthma: The Complete Guide to Self-Management of Asthma and Allergies for Patients and Their Families (McGraw-Hill 1987, Random House/Ballantine 1989).

Bill DiPietro , VP of Sales and Marketing
Mr. DiPietro serves as the lead for ShareStream's sales and marketing efforts.  Prior to joining ShareStream, he held sales management positions at Xythos Software, a document management system company acquired by Blackboard, and was the CEO of Cway Software.  At Xythos he was the Director of Federal Sales for the DoD and Civilian agencies and a Sales Director generating major academic orders.  Cway Software was guided from a startup to a thousand customer accounts, then was sold in 2002. DiPietro attended Villanova and Penn State University.

Gayraud A. Townsend, Director of Business Development and Strategic Sales
Mr. Townsend brings a tremendous entrepreneurial acumen and a depth of technological knowledge and experience to ShareStream. Based in New York, he is responsible for Business Development and Investor and Client Relations. Prior to joining ShareStream he was an Associate at US Trust, Bank of America in Manhattan. Prior to that he was elected to the City Council of Ithaca, NY, becoming the youngest elected official in the country. He holds a BS in Labor Relations from Cornell University. He enjoys reading, fishing and golf. He is also the VP of Fundraising for Cornell University's Black Alumni Association.
