ShareStream is growing rapidly and is seeking to add additional exceptional team members, including a Software Application Support Engineer who can excel at:

  • Resolving technical issues for clients
  • Logging and documenting client issues and feedback for ShareStream’s Product Development Team
  • Assisting clients to exceed their expectations for their use of our product.

  • Intermediate-level Java skills
  • Intermediate-level UNIX/Linux skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • 2+ years experience as a Technical Support Engineer, or another IT role involving interactions with customers
  • Experience supporting a product or service for higher education is a strong plus
  • Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment is a strong plus.
