ShareStream is growing rapidly and is seeking to add additional exceptional team members, including a Technical Support and Training Coordinator who can excel at:

  • Responding to technical-support questions and issues by email as well as by phone calls
  • Providing hands-on training to ShareStream-customer project leads
  • Logging and documenting client issues and feedback for ShareStream Technical Support Engineers
  • Assisting clients to exceed their expectations for their use of our product.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • 2+ years experience as a Training Coordinator, Technical Support Engineer or another IT role involving interactions with customers, preferably for a product or service for higher education
  • Experience in training project leads on enterprise-class software systems

* ShareStream is open to considering candidates that have worked in education as a teacher, teacher assistant, instructor, trainer or administrator who do not have experience working for a commercial software company.
