ShareStream is growing rapidly and is seeking to add additional exceptional team members, including a Technical Account Manager who can excel at:

  • Acting as the primary technical point of contact for his/her accounts
  • Assisting clients exceed their expectations for their use of our product
  • Leading rollouts of the ShareStream Video Platform for campus-wide, massive-scale media implementations, including providing hands-on training to project leads
  • Collaborating with ShareStream’s Product Managers and R&D engineers on documenting client requests for feature enhancements
  • Providing client feedback to ShareStream’s leadership and Product Managers
  • Collaborating with ShareStream’s sales team in order to understand new customers’ requirements, implementation goals and project timelines.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science
  • 3-7 years in technical account management, professional services, sales engineering, or another IT role that involved interactions with customers, preferably for a product or service provided to higher education
  • Expert in customer-relationship management and client retention
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in training project leads on enterprise-class software systems
  • Experience in creating project plans for new customer implementations
  • Experience in requirement gathering and documenting requests for enhancements for product managers and developers
  • Experience in identifying and working on up-sell and cross-sell customer opportunities is a strong plus.
