As part of the partnership, Longsight, which customizes, hosts and supports the Sakai learning management system, and ShareStream will work in tandem on supporting ShareStream’s Video Tool for Sakai.

In addition to partnering on ShareStream’s Video Tool for Sakai, Longsight and ShareStream are collaborating on leveraging the ShareStream Platform’s media publishing functionality (which includes features for publishing media assets stored in the ShareStream Platform to external systems as embedded thumbnails, video players with playlists or hypertext media links) within other technologies that Longsight customizes, hosts and supports.
